How enquiry data is used
Submitted details are used to review and respond to the enquiry. They are not sold and are not reused for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records are stored in a restricted server location outside the public website directory. Records are retained for up to 90 days and are removed after that period unless a longer retention period is required for an active lighting conversation or a legal obligation.
Security
Access to stored enquiry records is restricted. Website hosting, server permissions and the private storage path should be reviewed as part of routine maintenance.
