Terms of use
These terms explain how The Gilded Glow website and lighting enquiry route may be used.
Website purpose
The website presents chandeliers, pendant lights, lamps and decorative lighting collections and allows visitors to submit a fixture enquiry. An enquiry does not represent a confirmed purchase, quotation or guarantee that a particular product is available.
Enquiry process
- Provide accurate room, fixture and contact details.
- Select the lighting category that most closely matches your requirements and add useful notes.
- Include practical information such as dimensions, ceiling height, placement and preferred finish.
- Only treat a fixture selection or purchase as confirmed after the relevant details have been agreed directly.
Collection scope
The website presents decorative chandeliers, pendant and ceiling lights, table and floor lamps, and complementary accent lighting. Electrical installation, rewiring, repairs, emergency electrical work and other specialist electrical services are outside the scope of this website.
Product information
Collection information is provided to help visitors compare fixture categories and understand practical selection factors. Exact dimensions, finishes, specifications, availability and purchase terms should be confirmed before an order is completed.
